About the Site

CEMA-USK-Press is the official academic publishing platform of the Centre for Academic Management and Publishing – Simon Kimbangu University (CEMA-USK).

Originally founded under the research program initiated by Wabeladio Payi (ISNI 0000-0000-0227-9456), and formally transferred to CENA in 1996. This journal focuses on the critical study of political systems, power structures, and epistemological foundations of African governance. The present digital edition is the direct continuation of the historical series.
It brings together all peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, monographs, and research projects produced within the CENA–USK network and its international partners.

Our mission is to promote a free, rigorous, and decolonial science, grounded in ethics, transparency, and the recognition of African knowledge systems as an integral part of global scholarship.
Through its journals, CEMA-USK-Press publishes work across philosophy, epistemology, the human sciences, health, psychology, linguistics, emerging technologies, and cognitive innovation.

The site serves as both an institutional showcase and a research portal for scholars, students, and institutions seeking to:

  • submit or access peer-reviewed articles;

  • consult our archives, DOIs, and indexing records;

  • collaborate within a Pan-African and global scientific network;

  • promote an ethical and interdisciplinary approach to knowledge.

Every publication follows international standards (COPE, ICMJE, UNESCO Open Science) and embodies our guiding principle:
“Knowledge liberates, ethics elevates, and science unites.”
