This study focuses on using Mandombe writing as a rehabilitative tool for trauma and post-colonial identity fragmentation. It analyzes its impact on self-esteem, coherence, and empathy in young adults. The findings suggest a new integrative framework for cognitive healing rooted in African epistemology.
